This public support page is intentionally email-first. Include your username, device, and a short description of the issue so we can route your request quickly.
2. Account Help
Contact support if you need help accessing your account, updating login details, understanding moderation actions, or troubleshooting account issues.
Include your username, the email on the account if available, the device you are using, and a short description of the problem so we can route the request quickly.
3. Bug Reports
If something in the app is broken or behaving unexpectedly, email support with the subject line Stampd bug report.
The most useful bug reports include the affected screen or feature, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your username, your device model, and screenshots if available.
4. Safety and Reporting
If you need to report harassment, impersonation, abuse, or other safety issues, use the in-app reporting tools whenever possible so the report includes the relevant trip, moment, user, or comment.
If you cannot access the app or need to escalate a safety issue, email support with enough context for us to locate the account or content involved.
5. Password Reset
If you forgot your password, use the reset flow in the app or on the public reset page: Reset Password
Reset links are single-use and expire automatically. If your link has expired, request a new one from the app login screen.
